House Rules

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Lock code will be provided within 24h of check-in
No Smoking
No pets of any kind are permitted on the property
No parties or events
Quiet time is from 9 PM to 8 AM
No overnight guests – please reach out to your host if you would like to add them to the reservation
No sledding / snowboarding / skiing on property, especially on the path to the lake
No driving on septic field (on the East side of the driveway)
No hunting / shooting on property

Health & safety

Outdoor security cameras
Outdoor motion sensor lights
Close & lock all doors and windows when leaving the house
Parking available in front of the house – do not block the circle driveway to allow delivery vehicles to turn around
Driveway is one-way – please keep right as you drive in
Keep a safe distance from the bluff
Only one person should use the bunk beds at a time: 200 lbs weight limit / bed.

Put away games, movies, toys
Load dishwasher and start it
Put any used linens / towels on the floor (do not make the beds, so we know they have been used)
Put away couches
Throw away unused food – unopened and multi-use containers can be left in the house

Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of your reservation confirmation for a full refund. We will wait at least 48 hours to charge your card.
Partial Refund: Cancel before one week prior to check-in for a 50% refund, minus processing fees
No Refund: Cancel by time of check-in
